Conference Participation Consent and Acknowledgement

In consideration for my participation in the Infinity Festival Hollywood (known moving forward as the “Event”) – November 2 – 4, 2021:

I hereby authorize IFE, and any IFE licensees and designees, to photograph me and prepare audio and video recordings of me, and my Presentation if applicable, at this Event (“Recordings”), and to reproduce and distribute the 
Recordings in whole or in part. I waive all rights of privacy or publicity associated therewith. 

IFE encourages participants to share their proposals, specifications and designs with the community. If I am presenting at this Event, I acknowledge that my Presentation and any ancillary materials I provide to IFE in connection with my Presentation, including without limitation any white paper, article, photograph, likeness, or professional biography (together, “Materials”) are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License found here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/, or any later version, and without limiting the foregoing, IFE may make the Materials available under such terms.

IFE may exercise its rights hereunder in all forms and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity, royalty-free. My authorization and acknowledgement above is irrevocable and extends to 
IFE and its agents, successors, and assigns. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Recordings. I acknowledge that IFE is under no obligation to use the Recordings, or Materials if applicable, in any manner.

I hereby represent that I have the authority to grant the rights and licenses herein. And if I am presenting at this Event, I further represent and warrant that the Materials do not and will not violate the rights of any third party, including without limitation rights in intellectual property. I also represent that, to the extent the Materials include materials owned or created by any third-party, I have obtained permission for its use consistent with the foregoing. I will provide IFE evidence of such permission upon IFE’s request.

Furthermore, as a presenter, I understand and agree to the following: 

that acceptance of my Presentation does not guarantee me a speaking engagement of any sort.

that my Presentation will be reviewed and prioritized by IFE and its executives and executive board.

that if I must cancel my presentation for any reason, I will inform IFE in writing at least 10 days in advance of the Infinity Festival Hollywood.

that IFE  may accept or reject any presentation in its sole discretion at any time for any reason.

Virtual Event Attendance

As a virtual event attendee, I acknowledge that my profile and contact information, as well as my activity within the event, will be collected by the hosts of the event, and agree that my information and activity may be shared with sponsors. I also agree that my attendee profile may be visible to others in the virtual event, including sponsors and other attendees and sponsors will be able to message me within the event tool. I understand I can change the email display setting in my personal profile in FNvirtual. (Visit the FAQs for more info.)

GDPR

IFE will treat all information you provide in accordance with the IFE Privacy Policy posted at http://www.infinityfestival2021.com /privacy/. This includes cookies and any other information we may collect. 

Health & Safety 

Infinity Festival continues to review current coronavirus safety guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as state and local officials. Infinity Festival will follow applicable federal, state, and local laws and will adapt event plans accordingly. We will share these updates with our community through this site and www.infinityfestival2021.com. 

Cancellation Policy

In-Person Tickets: Cancel on or before Sept. 30, full refund. 

In-Person Tickets: Cancel after Sept. 30, no refund. 

Must be email request sent to registration@fntech.com or through FNreg via “My Orders”. 

No refunds for paid virtual. 

Changes to tickets must be email request sent to registration@fntech.com.
